So before I get started, let me just say, if you've never seen an on-stage version of the Nutcracker, you are seriously missing out! It's a wonderful ballet! And if you're poor like me, you can still watch it, cause PBS is usually playing it during this time of year too. But if you aren't into the prancing men in leotards, then I suggest watching one of the many movie versions! From live action to cartoon, there are a plethora to choose from. Heck, I think Barbie even has a version! Oh and a new 3D version was just released this last month (no word yet on how good it is, but worth a look).
